Creating an account grants you a limited license to use the service for its intended purpose — teaching and assessing your own students. It does not grant you any right to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its underlying methodology. 2. Acceptable use. You agree to use this service only for legitimate educational purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent its safety, privacy, or billing mechanisms. 3. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. 4. Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, as described at checkout. 5. No warranty. This service is provided "as is." AICT Group does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. 6.
